LeaSuwanna Griffith is a Black British Caribbean ambassador, activist, and advocate with almost 20 years’ experience in healthcare, peer support, and community engagement. She shares her lived experience as a woman living with HIV to challenge stigma and amplify the voices of women often left out of the conversation.

LeaSuwanna works at St Bart’s Hospital as a Healthcare Support Worker and sits on the Barts Executive Shadow Board. Serving as Vice Chair of Positively UK, she is also an ambassador for the Fast-Track Cities initiative at Terrence Higgins Trust and has been newly appointed HIV Consultant for White Ribbon Alliance. Her work centres on gender equity, culturally sensitive care, and the meaningful involvement of women.
