Fast track Cities London internalized (Self) stigma Empowerment project

Between 2022 and early 2023 4MNet delivered an empowerment program in partnership with nam aidsmap , as part of the Fast track Cities London internalized (Self) stigma Empowerment project. It included virtual sessions, a hybrid session held in London in November 2022, and collaboration on an ambassadors training.

Utilising participatory, creative, person-centred approaches with a mixture of virtual and face to face interactive methods of training delivery, 4MNet ran a series of Interactive workshops including peer support, creative writing, mindfulness, information, dancing, digital outputs, exchange, group discussions and skill development.

We set up 4MNet to meet our priority of providing ourselves and our peers with psycho-social, perinatal support, as an essential part of our sexual and reproductive health and rights. This translates into positive outcomes for our babies, extended family and communities.

Core funding especially is an ongoing challenge for small women's rights organisations like ours and your support will go a long way in diversifying our income and sustainability to enable us uphold our Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights throughout our life.
