Natalie Brown has been a midwife for 13 years with experience in providing high quality care across all maternity services.

She is particularly passionate about public health and safeguarding. In 2022, she completed her MSc, with maternal health inequalities forming the basis for her research. She has extensive experience in midwifery education both in the clinical and academic settings, working as a practice development midwife and guest lecturer. Her current role feeds into a national project to improve the experiences of midwifery learners, to support the growth of the midwifery workforce.

Natalie continues to champion the voice of women and birthing people and works in way to empower, educate and support for ongoing health.
