Dr Felicity Saunders is a Senior Clinical Psychologist specializing in Sexual Health and HIV Medicine at Barts Health NHS Trust. She leads the My Body Back Clinic, the only clinic in England offering specialised, trauma-informed healthcare—including cervical screenings, maternity care, and STI testing—designed specifically for survivors of sexual violence.
Since 2020, Felicity has worked with the 4M team, providing clinical supervision and support. She adopts a compassionate and collaborative approach in her work, co-created psychology anti-racism groups within her NHS team, and is mindful of differences—including gender, ethnicity, religion, and sexual orientation—and power dynamics both within the therapeutic relationship and wider systems.
Felicity is passionate about supporting women living with HIV and recognises the destigmatising impact of services like 4M in making a tangible difference to both individuals and communities.
